Truck parking

Parking at Exit 815

Parking is the reason most drivers pick one stop over another, and the Baytown–Beaumont stretch is one of the thinner parts of the corridor for it. Kroozin has 150+ marked truck spaces on new concrete, laid out around a tractor-trailer's turning circle rather than fitted around a car park.

The state rest areas next door fill most nights and have no fuel and no food. The nearest competing truck parking inside the gap holds roughly 30 spaces.

Diesel & commercial fuel

Fuelling at Exit 815

Five high-flow truck lanes with 18 diesel positions, kept separate from four-wheeler traffic, so fuelling is a throughput problem already solved rather than a queue. DEF is at every lane — there is no second stop for it.

Fleet fuel-card networks are not live yet. They are being added one network at a time, and each will be named here as it is signed rather than promised beforehand. For volume diesel pricing, get in touch through the fleet page.

Driver amenities

Showers, laundry and the driver lounge

Six private shower suites, cleaned after every use — not on a schedule, after every use. Laundry on site, a driver lounge, free Wi-Fi, an ATM and a game room.

The kitchen runs 24 hours: Kroozin BBQ, breakfast tacos and kolaches from 4am, and fresh coffee in three strengths around the clock.

RV and travellers

RV services and passenger vehicles

RV fuelling, overnight RV parking, a dump station and potable water refill are all on site, with room to manoeuvre a towed vehicle. Passenger vehicles have their own gasoline lanes away from the truck court, and there are eight EV charging ports.

One stop

One exit. Everything you need to keep moving.

Most stops on this stretch solve one problem. You fuel at one exit, find a bathroom at the next and eat somewhere else entirely. Exit 815 was built so a single stop covers all of it — whether you are running a 53-foot trailer or a family car with two hours still to go.

The corridor

Between Houston and Beaumont

Exit 815 sits at the natural midpoint of the Houston/Baytown to Beaumont run. Kroozin is not in Houston and not in Beaumont — it is the stop in the middle of the stretch between them, which is exactly the point. Drivers running that lane can plan a fuel stop, a meal and a 10-hour break at one place instead of pushing to either end.
